Program and business identity

This text-messaging program is operated by Kody Higginbotham, doing business as Omni Realty Partners, at 10202 Perkins Rowe, Suite E-160, Office 112, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS program.

Messages and consent

With your permission, we may text you about real estate inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requested property information, and transaction coordination. If you separately consent to marketing texts, we may also send listing updates, event announcements, and Omni Way news.

Messages may be sent by our team or automated systems, including Avery, our virtual coordinator. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate and optional. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not required to purchase property or services.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, transaction activity, and selected subscriptions. Your wireless provider may charge for messages and data, including replies. Contact your provider about your plan.

Stopping and restarting messages

Reply STOP to a program message or text STOP to 225-341-5134 to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation, after which program messages will stop. To enroll again, complete a new opt-in.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for late or unsuccessful message delivery. SMS is not an emergency service or a guaranteed way to deliver time-sensitive transaction notices. Contact your agent directly about urgent deadlines.

Texting with our team or virtual coordinator does not establish an agency relationship, constitute financing approval, or replace required signed agreements.
