The Omni Way began in 2021, when Kody Higginbotham became an agent with BHHS–United Properties and took a leap of faith into real estate full time. He credits God with ordering each step of that journey, while his care for clients and fellow agents shaped the purpose behind Omni.
Becoming a broker opened a new chapter: the opportunity to put that purpose into practice and share it with others. Opportunity, Mentorship, Network, and Impact are commitments expressed through how we guide, support, and serve. That is what we mean by “Experience the Omni Way.”
